All items ship via USPS to United States and Territories residences only. Orders weighing less than 16 ounces are mailed via USPS First Class shipping. All others are mailed via USPS Priority shipping. All orders will usually be shipped within 3 business days. USPS delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status. Promptly notify us if you have perceived any delays in the arrival of your shipment.
Your Mortuary Magic Store, Inc. will accept the return of any unused items within thirty days for refund. You must first notify us by email of the return and receive authorization prior to shipment. In the unlikely event a return is sent to us without first obtaining prior authorization, the item will be returned to you.
